Start time, web events, rewards, and more
Genshin Impact's 1st birthday event begins this week and you'll receive lots of rewards in the coming weeks. New content will also be dropped with these rewards, but the community reaction has been a bit cold so far. Much of the rewards focus on what fans call MiHoYo's free ads, as they focus on creating fan art and cosplay entries, and reward schemes like gacha, despite the great effort of the fans. I'm guessing.
Anyway, this is when the commemorative event begins and everything you need to know.

The first anniversary event begins on September 28 when Version 2.1 drops at the usual time.

If you share your wishes online before the event, they will be drawn on the engraved picture of the wish event. If you have never filled out your wish, you can do so from the official website of Genshin Impact. The names of 50,000 lucky players are engraved on a giant Paimon block. You can link your social media to your Genshin Impact account to get the chance to win in-game gifts and PS5 or Amazon Gift Cards.
From September 29th to October 7th, you can also create your own birthday card to attend the A Message in Time event. Then you are chosen to receive the Welkin Mood Blessing reward and others will receive 100,000 mora. There are also events where you can share festive art that you can attend to get a chance to win iPhone Pro Max on Facebook and Twitter.
This reward system sounds a bit like a gacha game as I said before, but participation is optional.

- Photo submission contests (September 1-October 11)
- Fan art content (September 16-October 17)
- Video contest (September 16-October 17)
Daily login rewards, livestream, and more
In addition to raffle, you can get various benefits just by signing up for Genshin Impact. These benefits can be billed until mid-October. Unfortunately, there is no fixed date, but it will be displayed until just before version 2.2 on October 13th. Also, you don't have to log in every day. These benefits will be delivered in the following order, but you do not need to sign up for consecutive days to receive them.
This is what you can expect to receive during the event, at least as long as you have Adventure Rank 5.

- Day 3: Intertwined Fate x2
- Day 4: Mythic Enhancement Ore x18
- Day 5: Intertwined Fate x2

It's unclear if new banners will be available during the event, so keep an eye on this space for more details. Details are still unknown, but there will be a live broadcast celebrating this opportunity on September 28th.
